1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Graded cards and sealed products must remain in their original, untampered condition.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened booster packs, mystery boxes, and individual cards cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions and an address.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
