1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Graded cards and sealed products must remain in their original, untampered condition.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened booster packs, mystery boxes, and individual cards cannot be returned.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
